Crystal Healing Therapy
Crystals are a gift from the earth to those of us who take the time to work with them. There are various forms of crystals (a subject too vast to go into here) and they all have various ways of helping us. We are all energy beings, everything on this planet is made up of tiny atoms of constantly moving energy and crystals are no different. Crystals have their own energy vibration which can be used to cleanse, energise and help with various problems that our own energy may be suffering from.
This is a vast subject, but below are the top 10 most common crystals, with an explanation of what they can do to help us. The explanation is shown alongside the crystal's picture.
